After 2007, when CologneOFF presented its selections from CologneOFF I and CologneOFF II on 2nd CeC & CaC (’Carnival of e-Creativity & Change-agents Conclave’) at India International Centre organised by The Academy of Electronic Art New Dehli, CologneOFF is happy to present its selection form CologneOFF III - Toon! Toon! - art cartoons and animated narratives also on the 3rd edition of CeC &CaC , which is taking place during 15-16-17 February 2008, but this time in the framework of NewMediaFest2007
